Using the product
SiteBinder is provided as business software for project records, field documentation, client reports, and invoice support. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.
Accounts and workspace control
- Each workspace controls its own users, invites, photos, records, and customer-facing share links.
- Owners are responsible for protecting their login credentials and reviewing who can access the workspace.
- Customer-facing files and share links should be treated like normal business communication, not throwaway demos.
Good use expectations
- Use the product for real project documentation, customer communication, and business operations.
- Do not upload material you do not have the right to use or share.
- Do not treat public share links as private internal notes.
- Keep public company, customer, and project details accurate when you share them.
Service expectations and changes
- The product is designed to help teams organize job photos, notes, support records, reports, customer files, and invoice support in one place.
- Features, integrations, limits, and plan details may change as the product evolves.
- Paid iPhone plans are monthly Apple subscriptions that continue until changed or canceled.
- Customers should use Apple subscription settings or the billing page to manage plan changes or cancellation.
- Support flows through the public support page and support email so help has a clear reply path.
Support questions should go to support@centralsummitsystems.com.
